The Lost El Paso Paranormal crew consists of our experienced & entertaining tour guides- including historians, artists, poets, published authors, fx artists, photographers, and paranormal investigators- and we love to get spooky and have fun. ARE YOUR GHOST TOURS SCARY?

Our tours are a mix of the paranormal, storytelling, folklore, and weird history, delivered by our experienced & entertaining tour guides. This is not a tour where people will jump out at you and scare you. However, we do enter into darkened locations, as well as areas where paranormal activity has been reported.  We also share many stories that are macabre, creepy and chilling.

WHICH TOUR DO YOU RECOMMEND?

​

It depends on the type of experience that you want! Our Concordia Cemetery tour is a thrilling nighttime adventure, exploring a historic burial ground while learning about it's most infamous 'residents' & ghosts. Our haunted bar crawl is a more lively and interactive adults-only experience, where you will tour some great drinking establishments while hearing folklore, ghost stories, lots of humor, and wild history.

DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE, GROUP, OR CUSTOMIZED TOURS?

HOW DO I BUY TICKETS? Do I have to make a reservation?

We do recommend purchasing your ticket online to ensure a spot on some of our more limited tours, such as our haunted bar crawl (or during more high-demand seasons, like October!) Tickets can be purchased online here.

At Lost El Paso Paranormal, we strive to bring you the very best ghost tour experience possible. It is for this reason that we limit some of our tour groups to a certain capacity. We have had experience in the past with ghost tours that cram in as many people as possible, in order to make the most $$$. But trying to hear your tour guide, or see the sights, with 60 or 70 people in front of you does not make for a great tour, in our opinion. We want every guest to feel special and to fully enjoy their experience, not just be part of a crowd! Therefore we recommend reserving your space by purchasing your tickets online. And we will work to continue adding more tour guides, tour dates, and locations, in order to accommodate even more guests.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

​

ALL TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. All tickets sales are FINAL.  Please make sure to show up on time, tours start promptly. There will be no refunds for late arrivals or no-shows. To help ensure the best experience for our guests we have the following cancellation policy. We understand things may come up that prevent you from attending your tour. If you contact us to cancel your tour at least 24 hours in advance we will allow you to reschedule your tour to a different day, we will do our best to move you to a different day, at no charge, or a different tour if need be. In the case of cancellation due to bad weather- there will be a redo of tour, or you  will have the opportunity to use your ticket toward another available event (AVAILABLE= not already sold out or at full capacity). HOW LONG DOES THE TOUR LAST?

Our tours are 2-hour walking tours (with the exception of the Haunted Bar Crawl, which is a 3-hour event). We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes and seasonal attire.

CAN I BRING MY CAMERA?

​

You are welcome to bring your camera. Not only can you get great pictures of haunted & historic locations, you might just capture a ghost on film! Your tour guides will be happy to assist you with tips for paranormal photography.
