OUR REFUND POLICY

ALL TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. All tickets sales are FINAL. Please make sure to show up on time, tours start promptly. There will be no refunds for late arrivals or no-shows. To help ensure the best experience for our guests we have the following cancellation policy. We understand things may come up that prevent you from attending your tour. If you contact us to cancel your tour at least 24 hours in advance we will allow you to reschedule your tour to a different day, we will do our best to move you to a different day, at no charge, or a different tour if need be. In the case of cancellation due to bad weather- there will be a redo of tour, or you  will have the opportunity to use your ticket toward another available event (AVAILABLE= not already sold out or at full capacity).
